Project Brief:

Step into the vibrant world of The Schenck School as they introduce their new Head of School to students, parents and their community through an enchanting and informative video. Founded in 1959 with a mission to empower children with dyslexia-related learning differences, The Schenck School has been a beacon of hope for countless families.

Blending live footage with custom, hand-drawn animations, we created a video that would be easy to share with the school community across newsletters, email, and web pages. In times of change, video is a compelling way to communicate key messages, instilling confidence and optimism as stakeholders embark on new chapters.

Through humor-infused scripting and a playful concept featuring ‘hard-hitting’ interviewees, we transformed what could have been a mundane introduction into a delightful journey. Dr. Loftin’s candid reflections on her own struggles with language and reading added a personal touch, resonating deeply with viewers and showcasing the power of storytelling with heart.

We’ve worked with the Schenck School in the past on explainer videos, such as this ReadSource product explainer. Our remarkable team of illustrators infuse custom animation with the warm, inviting colors and logos of Schenck School to create cohesive resources with consistent branding.
