Baltimore’s Promise: Career Bound

Amplifying Opportunity: A Video Series Designed to Inspire, Inform, and Drive Change

Project Brief

When Baltimore’s Promise launched their Career Bound program, they needed more than just an announcement: they needed a compelling way to build awareness, educate stakeholders, and inspire action. We partnered with Baltimore’s Promise to develop this six-part animated video series, highlighting all the program has to offer in a delightful, brand-driven package.

Choosing animation to introduce Career Bound brought clarity, energy, and warmth to their program announcement. Our in-house illustrators developed custom character designs that reflect Baltimore’s youth, and infused the videos with colorful kinetic transitions that capture the spirit of possibility and keep audiences engaged.

The centerpiece of the series is a high-level explainer that introduces the program’s vision: helping young adults in Baltimore access meaningful career pathways. Surrounding that are five ‘minis’, each highlighting a different program component in more detail. Whether you’re launching a new initiative or growing an existing one, animation can help you connect with your community and move your mission forward.

Creating a Video Series

How do you know if a video series is right for you?

Over the years, we’ve created video series for educating, video series for sales, and video series for HR and training. Here are a few hints to recognizing a potential video series:

  • Does your message have more than one target audience?
  • Do you have a highly complex topic to explain, that features multiple elements under the same umbrella?
  • Do you need to create multiple campaigns depending on presentation location?
