Below, check out how our productions team reformatted their video and created static graphics suited for placement across multiple social media platforms.

Project Brief:

In collaboration with Berks County Libraries, we produced a vibrant and engaging 30-second marketing video for their SummerQuest program. On a mission to inspire young readers to engage with the library in new ways, this video was crucial in illuminating a wider rebrand of their previous Summer Reading Program.

Berks County Libraries wanted to show the magic and fun of reading, but maintain succinctness and an easy-to-distribute format. We enhanced their approach with a highly customized video, featuring vivid, playful visuals paired with a professional child voice actor. This approach makes the video not only informative, but also fun and effective for reaching it’s intended audience of children and families.

The true success of this project lies in its versatile formatting. Understanding the importance of reaching audiences across various platforms, the clients decided to reformat the video to suit multiple channels. By creating vertical versions for reel-based platforms like Meta, Youtube Shorts and TikTok, square versions for the Instagram feed, and short sizzler clips for advertising, they ensured a cohesive and widespread campaign.

Berks County reported a record-breaking participation in SummerQuest compared to previous years, after employing their explainer video.

At the time of writing, the video had over 56,000 views, with 26% of viewers watching in it’s entirety. This impact will only grow with time.

A quote reads "The project team at Next Day Animations was great to work with. They stayed in communiation thoughout the entire process and provided in-depth insight to make the final project truly exceptional." Emily Orischack, Community Relations Coordinator, Berks County Public Library; the quote is accompanied by a headshot of Emily.

This vertical reformat is suited for reel-based platforms, including Meta Reels (Facebook & Instagram), Youtube Shorts, and TikTok.

These static graphics are perfect for a creating a cohesive campaign with multiple touchpoints, using imagery from the video in sizes formatted for email marketing, Google and Meta Advertising, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.
