Next Day Animations employees completed anonymous surveys, resulting in a 98% confidence level with a 100% participation rate. Next Day Animations’ parent company Simplicity Works and sister company Simplicity Metrics were certified jointly.
In 2018, Next Day Animations hosted two all-team retreats, pioneered biking and public transit incentive programs, expanded PTO to part-time employees, and increased professional development opportunities, among many other initiatives. In addition to perks and benefits, Next Day Animations has several programs aimed at giving back, including all-staff volunteer days, grants for nonprofit organizations, and a scholarship for young women of color.
